1.1. These General Conditions regulate the purchase and shipment of products offered in naturaldublanc. These will be complemented by other information that facilitates naturaldublanc on the website.

7.1. 14.3. If the Purchaser is contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause shall affect the rights recognized as such applicable law.

14.4. Naturaldublanc.com, under consumer legislation in force recommends the Buyer the submission of any dispute to the Arbitration Board Consumer of his home, which process shall follow the principles of hearing, contradiction, equality between the parties and gratuity.
